Dong Energy draagt de innovatie cultuur van bij aanvang reeds hoog in het vaandel. Het opzetten van het eerste &#8216;offshore&#8217; windmolenpark in 1991 bewijst dit ten volle. Om dit uitgangspunt verder uit te bouwen\u00a0 beslisten ze om te investeren in de transformatie naar een nog sterkere innovatie cultuur. Onder het motto &#8220;Innovatie is voor iedereen&#8221;zijn ze op zoek gegaan naar een middel om alle mensen binnen de organisatie te betrekken .Door gebruik te maken van jetons hebben ze een mooie en ludieke oplossing gevonden.<\/p>\n<p>De jetons zullen uitgedeeld worden aan medewerkers die een creatief, innovatief of goed idee hebben. Deze medewerkers kunnen ze op hun beurt delen met medewerkers met dezelfde ingesteldheid.
