ITD has built a strong reputation through years of collaboration with a wide range of clients.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Expanding Market Reach<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Since its inception, MTC has been ITD&#8217;s primary supplier. Through this acquisition, MTC expects to expand its customer base and ensure continuity for ITD\u2019s clients. Additionally, the acquisition provides MTC with the opportunity to actively target certain regions. ITD has a well-developed network of partners and customers in multiple regions, enabling MTC to distribute its products more easily and quickly in specific market segments.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Future Vision<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Yves Hermann, CEO of ITD, explains: \u201cWith great enthusiasm we have been active with ITD in this very fascinating niche market for just over 25 years. Over the past few decades, our company has built up an impressive customer portfolio in a wide variety of sectors. With the takeover by a world leader as MTC is, our customers are now in experienced hands. We, too, are proud of that. MTC has always been a very loyal partner for us\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Vincent Van Hecke, Managing Director of MTC, adds: &#8220;Since we split off from our sister companies, the Royal Dutch Mint and Osborne Coinage, following the sale to precious metals group Heimerle + Meule in January, we have been able to fully focus on the tokens and blanks market. This acquisition is the first milestone in our new growth strategy. In the coming months and years, we will continue to invest through acquisitions and expansion of our machinery.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The transaction was negotiated before the summer and finalized on September 13<sup>th<\/sup>.
